We kindly ask that you make yourself available for the entire duration of the event:

Arrival: Be at the venue by 6:00 PM CET on Monday, January 19 for the Welcome Reception, after you have checked into your hotel (please note that no luggage storage will be available at the venue).
Departure: The event will conclude at 4:30 PM CET on Thursday, January 22. Please make travel arrangements after this time.

Some participants will receive targeted communication if they are expected to arrive earlier or stay beyond this time.

The link in your invitation email is personalized for you. Once you submit your details, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your registration information and all important links to additional event details.
